Team selection for this year's race was done by a small committee which considered many factors, including;

whether you had run before
what support had been given in previous years
what support was being offered this year
what range of distances you could sensibly be considered for
Ability was considered but only as a minor factor after all others had been taken into consideration
If your name does not appear on the running list then we can only apologise but take heart that last year we used all of our reserves. All those that offered to come to Norfolk irrespective of if they were chosen to run or not will form the core of our support team. Remember we can draw in reserve runners up until half an hour before the race starts so do please stay fit.
