The final event in the Three Counties Cross Country League took place on Sunday 5th February in Sharnbrook, north west of Bedford. Twelve runners represented Biggleswade AC on the day, for what was perfect weather conditions for racing. Results were as follows:

The League runs every year commencing in October and consists of five events, usually with the last event occurring in February. All races are off-road and routes typically take in some lovely countryside (and maybe a few hills) across Bedfordshire and neighbouring counties. It’s a fun, social League solely based on your position rather than time, and with refreshments served following each race as a reward.
